Premier Relocation Management can provide a lease management service, administering extensions to tenancy agreements and the termination of tenancies on your behalf.

Extension of Lease Service

	Administration and monitoring of initial lease period
	Written communication to the landlord or managing agents advising that the tenant wishes to extend the lease beyond the period initially agreed
	Amendments to tenancy agreements as necessary
	Review of tenancy agreement by the your company’s legal department or an appointed solicitor

Termination of Tenancy Service

	Written communication to the landlord or managing agents advising that the tenant wishes to terminate the lease
	Inspection of the property and organisation of cleaning as required
	Appointment of inventory clerk for the check out
	Notification of dilapidations (if any) following inventory and check out
	Notification to utilities companies of termination on tenancy
	Provision of information for redirection of mail
