PRM Services - Homesearch Program

The following is a typical example of a home finding programme. The programme can be adapted to suit your particular needs and budget. For example, a single person may only need 2 days out looking at properties if the area in which they are interested is very specific. However for families with children and/or pets we would recommend a 4 day programme so that there would be enough time to look at schools and quarantine kennels, if required.

Full Service
Up to 4 days in the field with a consultant, which includes accompanied viewings. This programme is recommended for couples or families and comprises:

	Interview, either by telephone or in person, with detailed discussion of requirements and suitable dates for the homesearch
	Property research and selection
	Accompanied viewings combined with area orientation and information
	When required, accompanied appointments at international or local schools, preferably combined with property viewings in order to make the best possible use of time
	Accompanied appointments at recognised quarantine kennels, where required
	Negotiation on selected property, for both rentals or purchase
	Monitoring and checking of tenancy agreement
	Property check and transfer of utilities
	Information pack, including maps and area information
