Premier Relocation Management offers a comprehensive homesearch service for both rentals and purchase. We will help you to select a home in a community that suits your lifestyle and matches your financial resources. Since there is no 'multiple-listing' of property in the UK PRM will contact every estate agent appropriate to your search and draw up a list of viewings of suitable homes which meet your requirements. Your consultant will normally accompany you to all viewings and help you to identify the best options and market value.

Rentals
Once a suitable property has been chosen, the tenancy negotiation is carried out on your behalf with a view to obtaining the best possible terms. We will ensure that any requests regarding the property, and agreed with the landlord, are carried out and that all utilities are connected prior to occupation. We also offer a lease management service to administer your tenancy on your behalf.

Purchase
Once a property has been selected, we will negotiate with the vendor’s agent, endeavouring to secure the property at the best possible price. If you have not already organised it, your consultant can put you in touch with solicitors, surveyors and mortgage or financial advisors.

Following successful negotiation on your behalf, PRM will continue to monitor the progress of your lease or purchase and keep you informed hroughout the process until you move into your new home.
